All our products are 100% natural and come from Mali. We work directly with local women producers who carry on ancestral know-how.

Are your products organic or certified?
They are not certified organic, but they are grown without chemicals. We ensure a rigorous selection to guarantee quality, freshness, and authenticity.

Are these products suitable for everyone?
Our products are natural, but every body is unique. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatment, it's best to consult a healthcare professional before use.

What are the main benefits of Nep Nep, Gowe, and Khamare?

  • Nep Nep (Acacia nilotica): purifying, toning, excellent for sitz baths.

  • Gowe: supports intimate balance, often used with Khamare.

  • Khamare (Vetiver): purifies the body, improves blood circulation, used as an infusion or steam bath.

How should I use your products?
Each product can be used as an infusion or a decoction. Detailed instructions are provided on the labels and in the product descriptions.

Can the products be mixed together?
Yes! It's common to combine Khamare with Gowe or Nep Nep to enhance their benefits. We recommend testing gradually to find what works best for you.

Can the products be reused?
Yes. For example, Khamare roots can be reused 3 to 4 times.

How often should I use them per week?
That depends on your needs. Listen to your body and how you feel.

Delivery times
For mainland France, we ship your order the next day if it is placed before 3 p.m. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a damaged item or there was a mistake in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Do you sell anywhere other than your website?
For now, our products are exclusively available on retour-aux-sources.store. We are working on making them available in other locations soon.
